Gratitude is an immensely powerful thing. Once you start feeling it and actively searching for it, it changes the chemistry in your brain. This completely changes your perspective on life and suddenly your life seems brighter and more meaningful. This is co easily accomplished by looking for the good things rather than focusing on the negatives.

You create the life around you. So decide what you want to put your attention and create. You have a choice here so make the most of it!

I urge everyone to spend time every evening and write a list of the things they are grateful for that day. It can be small things or big things. Just write down anything that comes to mind. When you do this you will be showered with more abundance from the universe because those who are grateful, deserve.

Here is my list for today:

  • Today I am grateful for the birds I can hear singing in the garden, their song reminds me to stay present and I thank them for that.
  • I am grateful for the day I have just had. It wasn’t perfect but it was filled with laughter and friends and lessons. So thank you.
  • I am grateful for the people in my life. They are so supportive all the time and kind and loving and I know my life has meaning because of them. Thank you all.
  • I am grateful for everything. I feel it in my heart and it is making me smile. Thank you so so much.
