MY FAVOURITE CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE

If you haven’t guessed it already, I am a complete chocoholic. I want to share my favourite ever chocolate smoothie with you all, which is packed with healthy fats, protein and carbohydrates so is a balanced meal/snack and will keep you feeling satisfied for a long time!

 Ingredients: 

  • 2 bananas
  • 3 tsp cacao powder
  • 3 dates
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 cup soy / almond / oat milk

Method:
