I thought I would mix up my blog a little bit and do a savoury post for the first time in a very long time…
These are the perfect snack: They take 2 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to bake in the oven. They are super easy and super tasty. I made this batch today and it is almost gone already… I hope you like them as much as we do!
- 1 tin chickpeas
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients
- Spread out on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until golden and crispy
There are lots of variations you can try out if you have certain favours you love! You could add paprika or turmeric instead of the curry powder, and I also think tomatoes would be super nice roasted with the chickpeas (although they wouldn’t be so crunchy). Go wild with the flavour combinations and let me know if you discover anything really good!
