This week on the podcast I am joined by my amazing boyfriend Josh, he is currently studying architecture and lives with me in London. We have been together 4 years so I thought it was perfect to get him on the podcast and talk all about relationships…
We share our 3 tips to have a long, healthy relationship:
1. Don’t take things too seriously
We also talk about Osho and his views on relationships. His book that we reference is called Living Dangerously. He says that relationships are the perfect opportunity for growth and we discuss this, and specifically using arguments for your growth.
A few other things we talk about are: setting expectations and compromising.
At the end of the day we both want to say the key is really to learn from your own experiences and find what works for you in a relationship!
Also all of these things we discuss can be applied to any relationship, whether that is with a partner, family member, friend or acquaintance, and they can also be applied to life.
