This week on The In Alignment Podcast I am speaking all about LIMITING BELIEFS.
I start off this episode with a cool story from my life, something that has happened to me recently that is too cool to be a coincidence..
I then speak about limiting beliefs! In this episode I discuss:
WHAT ARE LIMITING BELIEFS?
– Things that we tell ourself which aren’t true
– Something that holds us back in life
– They might be something we learnt as a child
– Could be a fear we are holding on too
– Subconscious or conscious
– ‘Ego based’
HOW CAN WE IDENTIFY THEM?
– Get present to your inner dialogue
– Look at the areas of your life that you are not happy with
– Watch the people in your life (e.g. parents/ friends)
HOW CAN WE LET GO OF LIMITING BELIEFS?
1. Find the truth
2. Collect evidence
3. Give up your lie
5. Prove the opposite
6. Stay present
7. LOVE YOURSELF
After you have given up your limiting beliefs…
– Keep aiming high
– Keep believing in your dreams
– Question everything that is holding you back
– Let go- create more space for the new
– Do the things that you love and enjoy, be kind to yourself and others and LIVE YOUR LIFE.
